About Project Safe Return

Our Mission

At Project Safe Return, our mission is to protect and serve the at risk community. To help those with a medical condition or those who take care of loved ones with special or medical needs, to get out into their worlds and thrive! Diagnosis isolation and Caregiver isolation is a real thing and we know that the world outside of our homes can be very stressful and overwhelming, except outside is where we thrive! We cannot eliminate every obstacle but with our program we can certainly give you some added confidence and security. We only get one shot at this life and everyone deserves the chance to get out of survival mode. To go beyond their communities and see what's out there. We want to help you get there.

Our Services

We offer something for everyone!  We train First Responders and certify all new recruits. We train school staff through PD activities. We certify businesses so that they can have a welcoming space for individuals with needs as well as gives them an opportunity to hire those with needs. Lastly we have uniforms and badges for support workers to wear while in the community with their clients.  This allows our support workers to be immediately identifiable to civilians and first responders during difficult or escalated times when calls for 911 assistance may take place.

We also offer personalized registrations for individuals who may live alone or travel alone who have medical conditions which could potentially leave them unable to communicate or advocate for themselves in an emergency. As well as registration packages for support workers. RNs, Social Workers, Respite Workers, PSWs.

Our Team

Our team consists of a support worker for high risk individuals as well as a local Police Officer. Together we were able to find what doesn't work within  our systems and correct it. With careful thought, many conversations with families and groups of first responders, we were able to build a comprehensive, cost effective program which meets the needs and concerns of all  parties involved.  We have given first responders the information they need in real time which allows for smoother interactions and more efficient call turn overs and we have given  families the ability to travel beyond the jurisdiction they live  in while still maintaining the safety and security of a vulnerable persons registry

We are proud to say that we also certify businesses, big or small! We know that some of our individuals with special needs work, volunteer, or travel within their communities independently so why not give businesses the chance to learn how to be a safe space for them? Not only does this bring in new customers for the owners but it also gives them a chance to hire our friends with needs as well.
